A signal is a trading instruction that tells you exactly when to enter the market, where to protect yourself in case of error and where to cash in the profit. Following signals correctly โ respecting every parameter โ is what separates those who get results from those who don't.
Anatomy of a XAU Elite signal
Trading and Signals โ XAU Elite signal format with a real example
Every signal you receive in the VIP room has this precise structure:
Direction
โก ๐ด SELL GOLD
BUY or SELL โ indicates whether to open a long (bullish) or short (bearish) position. It's the most important piece of information: it determines which button to press in MT5. Never reverse the direction.
Entry
๐ IN: 4511 โ 4513
It's the price range to enter within. It's not a fixed price โ it's a zone. If the XAU/USD price is within that range when you read the signal, enter right away. If it's already beyond it, wait for the next signal or contact support.
Initial Stop Loss
๐ SL: 4517
The level at which MetaTrader will automatically close the trade if the market goes against you. Always enter it at the moment you open the order. Never widen it to "give it more room."
Take Profit 1
๐ฏ TP1: 4502
Il first profit target. The closest, the most likely. Part of the position closes here automatically. It represents the "safe" gain of the trade.
Take Profit 2 & 3
๐ TP2: 4492 / TP3: 4480
Profit targets that are more ambitious. These are reached if the market has strong momentum in our direction. They require opening separate orders โ one for each TP.
Trading and signals โ The precise definitions
Il trading is the activity of buying and selling financial instruments with the goal of profiting from price movement, often over the short term.
Un segnale is a trading instruction that suggests when to buy or sell an asset, based on technical, fundamental or algorithmic analysis. Our signals combine technical analysis on XAU/USD charts with the current macro context.
๐ Fundamental rule
A signal is not a guaranteed prediction โ it's a trading opportunity with defined, controlled risk. Not every signal reaches TP3. The goal is to be profitable over the long term, not on every single trade.
The 3 operational basics โ SL, TP, Breakeven
The basics: Stop Loss, Take Profit, Breakeven โ operational definitions
๐ Stop Loss (SL)
It's the order that automatically closes the trade when the price moves against you up to the level you set. It's meant to limit losses to the maximum planned โ never more.
Without a Stop Loss you're trading unprotected. It's like driving without a seatbelt. The SL is not optional.
๐ฏ Take Profit (TP)
It's the order that automatically closes the trade when the price reaches the profit level you set. Once the trade hits the TP, the profit is yours โ even if you're away from your phone.
โ๏ธ Breakeven (BE)
Setting to Breakeven means moving the Stop Loss exactly to the price where you opened the trade. This is done when the trade is already in profit, to completely eliminate risk:
โ
If the market reverses after you've set the BE, the trade closes at breakeven: zero loss, zero gain.
โ
In practice you turn your position into a risk-free trade: you can no longer lose money on that trade.
โ
When the signal indicates "set to BE", do it right away on all positions still open.
How to execute a signal on MT5 โ Step by step
How to open an order on MT5 โ Market Execution screen
Order entry with SL, TP and volume โ practical example
You receive the signal in the VIP room. You have about 5-10 minutes to enter within the range before the price moves away. Here's exactly what to do:
1
Check the current XAU/USD price
Open MT5 โ Quotes tab โ search for XAUUSD.s. Check that the current price is within the entry range indicated in the signal (e.g. 4511-4513).
โ If the price is already beyond the range, don't enter. Wait for the next signal.
2
Go to Trade โ tap "+"
On the Trade tab tap the "+" at the top right. The Market Execution screen opens. Check that the instrument is XAUUSD.s (Gold US Dollar).
3
Set the volume from the risk table
Use the table in Module 5 to find the correct volume based on your balance. If the signal has 3 TPs, split the volume as indicated and open 3 separate orders.
โ E.g. balance $1,000 โ Total volume 0.15 โ TP1: 0.07 | TP2: 0.04 | TP3: 0.04
4
Inserisci Stop Loss e Take Profit
Tap "+" next to Stop Loss โ enter the SL value from the signal. Tap "+" next to Take Profit โ enter TP1 (for the first order). For subsequent orders use the same SL but TP2 and TP3.
5
Tap the correct button
SELL signal โ tap the red button "Sell by Market". BUY signal โ tap the blue button "Buy by Market". The order opens immediately at the current market price.
โ Immediately check in Trade that the order appears with the correct SL and TP
The VIP trading code โ 5 rules
To stay profitable over the long term you must follow these rules without exception:
01
Enter every signal sent
Cherry-picking some signals and skipping others breaks the strategy's statistics. Positive results are built on a consistent number of trades โ not on individual ones.
02
Always respect the same lot size
Don't increase lots on a signal "that looks safer" and don't reduce them on one "you're less convinced by." Volume consistency is the foundation of proper risk management.
03
Never widen the SL
Moving the Stop Loss to "give the trade more room" means increasing the potential loss. The SL is defined by the analysis โ respecting it is the first rule of capital protection.
04
Set the Breakeven when indicated
When the signal or the VIP room says to set to BE, do it immediately on all positions still open. BE turns the risk-free trade โ there's no reason not to do it.
05
Don't close manually before the TPs
Closing early to "lock in the gain" is an emotional trap. The TP is calculated based on the analysis โ respecting it over time delivers better results than emotional manual closing.
โ ๏ธ The most common mistake
Any deviation from these rules can negatively affect your results and compromise the entire trading strategy. Operational discipline matters just as much as technical analysis.
Summary
โ
Every signal has: direction (BUY/SELL), entry (range), SL, TP1/2/3
โ
SL = loss limit, TP = profit target, BE = eliminate the risk
โ
With 3 TPs you open 3 separate orders, same SL, different TP for each
โ
The 5 rules: enter on everything, same lot, fixed SL, BE when indicated, no manual closing
